Welcome to SS. Peter & Paul Faith Formation Program. The faith formation of your child/ children is very important to us; we believe this to be a continuous life long process. We believe that parents are the primary teachers of their children and we would like to journey along, giving them support and encouragement when ever needed.

We believe that attendance and participation at one of the week-end Masses is considered to be an active faith response for all Catholics. Our Religious Education program is reinforced and enhanced when our families attend Mass.

We look forward to building the Kingdom of God together as the faith community of SS. Peter & Paul.

The Religious Education Program Calendar Year is structured to complement the Williamsville School District Calendar. Structured Faith Formation Classes for grades K-9 take place from September through May.

  • Each grade level introduces new materials while reinforces topics covered in earlier grades.
  • Every Religious Education class at SS. Peter & Paul begins and ends with prayer.
  • Our 1-8th grade program uses the Pflaum Gosple Weeklies Faith Formation Program.
  • We also have many books, videos and art supplies which we use to supplement and enhance the designated curriculum for holidays, Advent, Lent and other faith projects.
  • Our curriculum this year will integrate the Safe Environment lessons into the main teachings. We believe that this subject should be a part of, not separate from.
  • We try to offer a variety of classes in order to accommodate the needs of our families.

The Diocese requires that children begin Religious Education class in 1st grade.

The Sacramental Department is responsible for Reconciliation which takes place in 2nd grade; First Eucharist takes place in 3rd grade& offers a two year Confirmation program beginning in 9th grade. For more information, please see the Sacramental link or call 632-2678.
